Ingredients:
6 Portobello Sliders

4 Cloves of Garlic
4 Tblsp of Garlic Powder
2-3 lbs of Ground Sweet Italian Sausage
1-2 lbs of Ground Hot Sausage
1 cup of Breadcrumbs
1 Tblsp of Basil
1 Tblsp of Sage
1 Large Baking Pan
1 Large Frying Pan
1 Large Mixing Bowl

Directions:
Clean your mushrooms.
Lightly grease a baking pan with olive oil.
Place your mushrooms in the pan.
Sprinkle each mushroom with garlic powder.

Add your Italian and hot sausage, basil and sage.
