Thoughts on Controlling The Weather

I wish that I was more of a weather geek, but I really don’t know much about historical storms or current storms that are evolving. However, I am interested in learning about ways that we can take control of the weather and improve future weather patterns.

According to scientists, over the last decade there have been major changes in the weather, and they don’t really know why. They cannot pinpoint a cause for the weather changes, but they believe that it might be due to changes in the electromagnetics of the earth’s atmosphere. Right now, the earth is going through a phase similar to the one that it went through in the early 90’s when several storms, such as Hurricane Andrew, went through the eastern region of the United States.

Weather scientists have been studying this change, or this phenonmenon, since the late 1970’s and 80’s, and in the 90’s, our government created a team called Project WoodPecker in Alaska. Project WoodPecker was a collaboration effort between the United States and Russia to engineer an electromagnetic weather altering system. This was the beginning stages of the creation of HAARP. Since then, the United States started developing a mammoth electromagnetic weather engineering system. I am not sure how exactly how the mammoth system operates, but I believe that it relies on microwaves and low frequecy oscillators, much like HAARP.

I wonder if it would be possible to use quantum technologies to control the weather in different regions of the world. Would it be possible to entangle the atmospheric particles of different regions? Hypothetically, these particles should begin to mimic each other and the regions would have the same type of weather. If the atomospheric particles do mimic each other, what atmosphere would be dominant or would they have equal dominance? Would two extreme entangled atmospheres cause a major electrical storm due to clashing of temperatures? This phenomenon would definitely be interesting to study.
